Excellent service, 100% would recommend and will be ordering Lukas again! I messaged in response to a Facebook ad late one night expecting a reply the next day. Instantly I got a reply, we ironed out some details - I was looking for 4 hats for a golf tournament and had left it last minute and was expecting at least few day turn around. Lukas said he was just wrapping up some things before vacation but could do them the next morning to ensure I would have them. We continued with the details, he showed me a sample leather patch with my design on it (keep in mind this is like 1030 pm on a week day). It looked awesome, we picked complimenting colours and I chose to have them shipped rather than picked up and they arrived the next day! High quality material superseded by superb customer service - you don’t get that often these days
